"Welcome to Social Purpose Consulting!
I've spent the last 20 years working with some of the most vulnerable people in our society and had the privilege of running organisations that support them as a CEO, Group CEO, board member, and chairman. My time in the sector has given me a vast amount of experience at national and international levels and I am familiar with the challenges and opportunities that confront organizations and businesses with not-for-profit, charity and profit with purpose status.
I founded Social Purpose Consulting in order to share that experience with social purpose organizations, to help them succeed and achieve better social and financial outcomes. So whether it is working with boards and executive teams to develop a new strategic future or helping an organization turn around their performance and become a successful and sustainable enterprise, my team and I can offer you the support and skills needed to make a significant difference in the world.
In addition to providing consulting services to boards and executive teams, we have introduced an operations consulting service to support the frontline staff of social purpose organizations deliver high-quality services to people in need.
Finally, at Social Purpose Consulting we are committed to giving back to the community. As part of this commitment all of our consultants give back 10% of their billable hours to a social cause - it’s the social purpose way!”
